Wedding. Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps - January 04, 2011 This wedding was shown to me by my boyfriend last December 25. The groom here was Jam Bismark Capistrano. He's a Worship Leader in Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF)-Ortigas. That's the first time I saw him and I don't know more information about him. It was Coco who knew him though not literally. I was just blessed how Jam's talent was used even up to his wedding day. Though I don't know them personally, I am blessed to have them as my brothers and sisters in Christ :) Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps Comments
Stitched Together - January 14, 2025 When God created us, He was glad. Everything He had created was made perfect until sin came in. Hi! Before this year ends I'd like to share something about God's love towards us through crochet. Wait, what? Crochet?! Yes, through crochet! Let me share my reflection and how the Lord used crocheting... ---- Here's my draft way back 2019 Hello there! Let me continue and finish this post before this year, 2024, ends. The photo above was taken in 2019, when I tried to recreate the turban / headband I bought. It was my favorite hair accessories. Oh how fascinated am I in wearing turbans and in crocheting too. As I try to finish this post, I would like to highlight God's creativity. It always amazes me to imagine how God would create everything we are seeing and enjoying, all the resources that we have, and sadly, how we fail to take care of what He had created. Allow me to share my reflection about crocheting. And oh, by the way, I do have a small business, it's c... Read more
Talking and Listening: Two Ears, One Mouth - January 15, 2018 //Okay, let’s get right at it. Why is it so hard to get people to listen to you? For the same reason you don’t like to do it. Listening is an act of surrender--you surrender the agenda to the speaker. You lose control of the conversation. The speaker will probably start telling you what to do (God forbid). You probably know everything the person is going to say (blah, blah, blah; yada, yada, yada). Listening seems weak. Except that it’s good. And godly. And smart. “He who answers before listening--that is his folly and his shame” (Proverbs 18:13). You can’t learn when you’re talking. Listening shows respect to someone else. Listening first helps you avoid revealing that you don’t know what you’re talking about. Listening first gives you time to organize and focus your thoughts, so that when it is your turn, your words will have greater impact. Practicing listening to other people is also excellent training to help you listen better to God.// Read more
Bitter Sweet. - June 30, 2011 "Friends are friends forever, if the Lord is the Lord of them And a friend will not say never, cause the welcome will not end Though it's hard to let you go In the Father's hands I know That a lifetime's not too long... to live as friends." -Michael W Smith June 30, 2011 21:23 2nd Center, COMPANY NAME Dear Team to Beyt: I have already given my resignation letter to TC and HT. My decision is final and I will be leaving at the end of this month. Please consider this to be my sincere goodbye to each and every one of you. I want you to know that I am truly leaving here with mixed feelings; happy and excited about my new game plan but sad to be leaving such a great company (not including the ‘’) , and company means especially TEAM 8. The one+ year as a member of TEAM 8 is the best period of my working career so far. I learned a great deal and worked with many people with whom I am sure I will remain friends for a long time. I can only wish that my new... Read more
