Worldy Wisdom (something to ponder on)

1 Corinthians 3:18
Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a "fool" so that he may become wise.

(An excerpt from The Experience Day by Day with God “WAITING” by Henry and Richard Blackaby)
There are a lot of opinions out there on what’s right and what’s wrong- on what’s permissible and what’s unacceptable. You’re a young person; to whom should you listen? How will you know what to do?

Jimmy Carter, former American president and a devout Christian, said, “We must adjust to changing times and still hold to unchanging principles.” It makes no difference whether it’s the first century, or the twenty-first century, God’s principles remain the same.

If you want wise direction, bypass the world’s “wisdom”. Open your Bible. Don’t get your wisdom from the world. Get it from the Word.
